Rigs in Paradise 2027 — Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Rigs in Paradise 2027!

These Terms & Conditions govern registration, attendance, and participation in Rigs in Paradise 2027 (the "Event"), organized by Rigs in Paradise LLC (the "Organizer").

By purchasing rally tickets, registering attendees, or participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable event policies.

The Organizer recommends that all ticket purchasers review these terms carefully before completing their registration.

If you purchase tickets on behalf of additional attendees, you are responsible for providing them with the applicable event information and policies. Separate consent or acknowledgment may be required from adult participants and parents or legal guardians of minors.

2. Event Information

Rigs in Paradise 2027 will take place February 17–21, 2027, at:

Crystal Beach, TX 77650

The Event is hosted by WildWanderRV, Determination Unbound, and Free and Easy RV through Rigs in Paradise LLC.

The Event is a community-focused RV rally featuring planned group meals, educational workshops, recreational activities, social gatherings, entertainment, and other organized experiences.

The Event schedule is subject to reasonable changes based on weather, safety considerations, venue operations, or other circumstances affecting the Event.

3. Rally Registration and Tickets

All attendees must be included in an Event registration, including children attending at no charge.

Current advertised ticket categories are:

• Adults ages 18+: $198 per person
• Children ages 10–17: $25 per person
• Children ages 9 and under: Free

Ticket purchasers must provide accurate registration and contact information.

A rally ticket provides access to the applicable Event experiences and benefits described in the official registration materials.

Rally tickets do not include an RV campsite. Purchasing rally tickets does not automatically complete the campsite reservation.

Campsite charges are paid separately through Camp Margaritaville.

Registration may not be commercially resold. All Rigs in Paradise 2027 rally tickets are nontransferable. Tickets may not be sold, reassigned, or transferred to another individual.

The Organizer may require reasonable identification or registration confirmation before admitting attendees to organized activities.

4. RV Campsite Reservations

All RV campsite reservations are managed separately by Camp Margaritaville RV Resort.

After rally tickets are purchased, Camp Margaritaville will contact the purchaser by email within seven business days to coordinate and confirm their RV campsite reservation.

The special rally campsite rate is $65 per night.

This rate is also available for eligible extended stays of up to seven nights before and seven nights after the Event.

Extended reservations and site assignments remain subject to availability and applicable resort booking terms.

Attendees should follow the designated rally reservation process rather than independently purchasing a standard reservation through the resort website.

Rigs in Paradise LLC does not directly operate or manage the campground, assign RV sites, or collect the separate campsite reservation charges.

Campground reservations, deposits, cancellations, resort services, and accommodation-related concerns are governed by the resort's applicable policies.

5. What's Included With Registration

Rally registration includes the experiences and benefits described in the official Event registration materials, subject to applicable ticket-category differences.

The planned Event includes:

• An exclusive Rigs in Paradise event shirt
• A branded welcome bag with rally goodies
• A welcome gathering featuring drinks and appetizers
• Two group dinners
• Morning coffee and light breakfast items
• Community gatherings and social activities
• Organized campground games and beach activities
• RV education, maintenance demonstrations, and workshops
• Planned evening entertainment
• Opportunities to participate in the Event's approved prize and giveaway activities

Event merchandise, menu items, workshop arrangements, activity locations, and entertainment may be reasonably adjusted based on availability, safety, or operational needs.

Any material changes affecting significant advertised Event benefits will be communicated to registered attendees.

Specific menus, merchandise selections, and other operational details may be finalized closer to the Event.

RV campsite charges, personal purchases, transportation, optional off-site activities, and meals or beverages not identified as included are not covered by rally admission.

6. Food, Beverage, and Alcohol Service

All organized Event catering, including the planned welcome reception, group dinners, breakfast offerings, and alcoholic beverage service, will be provided or managed by Camp Margaritaville and its appropriately authorized personnel or service providers.

Food and beverages are subject to scheduled service periods, availability, venue policies, and applicable health and safety requirements.

Alcoholic beverages may be served only in accordance with applicable Texas law and the venue's authorized service arrangements.

Alcohol service is restricted to guests who meet the legal drinking age of 21 and any applicable identification requirements.

The venue's authorized personnel retain responsibility for decisions concerning alcoholic beverage service, including refusing or discontinuing service when required or appropriate.

Rigs in Paradise LLC and the hosting creator teams do not independently serve or sell alcoholic beverages.

Attendees are responsible for consuming alcoholic beverages responsibly and complying with applicable venue rules.

Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special accommodation requests should notify the Organizer in advance. The Organizer will coordinate reasonable requests with the venue but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or accommodation of every dietary restriction.

7. Participation in Event Activities

Rigs in Paradise may offer recreational and educational activities, including RV Olympics, beach competitions, campground games, walking or running activities, workshops, and demonstrations.

Participation in these activities is voluntary.

Attendees are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions, use equipment appropriately, and avoid activities that exceed their personal abilities or present an unacceptable risk.

Participants should notify event personnel of hazardous conditions or safety concerns.

Certain activities may require additional safety acknowledgments, age restrictions, protective equipment, or separately executed participation waivers.

Attendees are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in optional activities.

8. Children and Family Attendance

Rigs in Paradise is a family-friendly Event.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of children in their care.

The Event does not provide childcare or continuous supervision of minors.

Children must comply with applicable age requirements and may be restricted from certain activities based on safety considerations.

Adults registering minors are responsible for supplying accurate attendee information and completing any required parental consents.

A parent's acceptance of these Terms & Conditions does not automatically waive a minor's independent legal rights.

9. Attendee Conduct and Resort Rules

All attendees are expected to help create a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or discriminatory abuse
• Violence or reckless behavior
• Intentional damage to resort or attendee property
• Unsafe operation of vehicles or equipment
• Repeated disregard of Event safety instructions
• Conduct that substantially interferes with other attendees' ability to enjoy the Event

Attendees must follow Camp Margaritaville's applicable campground rules, quiet hours, parking requirements, pet policies, and facility-use restrictions.

The Organizer reserves the right to restrict participation or remove attendees from organized Event activities when reasonably necessary to address serious misconduct or immediate safety concerns, subject to applicable law.

Removal for misconduct does not automatically create a right to a ticket refund. Any refund determination will be governed by the applicable policy and law.

10. Pets

Camp Margaritaville permits pets subject to its campground policies.

Pet owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their animals, cleaning up after them, and complying with resort rules.

Pets may be restricted from certain organized activities, food service areas, or facilities for safety, sanitation, accessibility, or venue-policy reasons.

Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Rigs in Paradise offers a full refund for eligible attendee-initiated rally ticket cancellations requested on or before January 3, 2027, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time.

Beginning January 4, 2027, rally tickets are nonrefundable for attendee-initiated cancellations, except where otherwise required by law.

The 45-day refund cutoff allows the Organizer to finalize attendance, catering arrangements, merchandise, activities, and other Event commitments.

Refund requests must be emailed to rigsinparadise@gmail.com.

Refund eligibility is determined by when the cancellation request is received by Rigs in Paradise LLC.

Eligible refunds include 100% of the rally ticket amount paid, including applicable checkout, ticketing, and processing fees charged to the purchaser.

Eligible refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method whenever possible.

Rally tickets are nontransferable.

This policy applies to rally admission only. Separately purchased RV campsite reservations are subject to Camp Margaritaville's own cancellation and refund terms.

12. Weather, Schedule Changes, and Event Disruptions

The Event takes place in a coastal environment where weather, travel conditions, and other circumstances may affect planned activities.

The Organizer may make reasonable schedule adjustments, relocate activities, replace unavailable experiences with appropriate alternatives, or cancel individual activities when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.

An attendee's decision not to participate in an optional activity does not independently entitle the attendee to a partial refund.

If Rigs in Paradise LLC postpones or reschedules the Event, attendees may keep their existing registration for the rescheduled event or request a full rally ticket refund.

If Rigs in Paradise LLC cancels the entire Event without rescheduling, attendees receive a full rally ticket refund.

The January 3, 2027 attendee deadline does not apply to an organizer-initiated cancellation or postponement.

The Organizer will not treat attendee-initiated cancellations and organizer-initiated event cancellations as automatically equivalent.

13. Personal Property and RV Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for securing their personal belongings, RVs, tow vehicles, equipment, and other property.

The Organizer does not provide personal property insurance, RV insurance, vehicle maintenance, or vehicle security services.

Attendees are responsible for carrying appropriate insurance for their vehicles and personal property.

The Organizer is not the campground operator and does not control all property conditions, amenities, or operations at Camp Margaritaville.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Photography, Video, and Event Media

Rigs in Paradise is hosted by content creators, and photography and video recording may occur during the Event.

Authorized Event media may include general crowd footage, activity highlights, campground scenes, and promotional content.

Attendees should review the Event's Photo & Video Policy for details about recording practices, privacy requests, and consent.

Separate permission may be requested for featured interviews, testimonials, promotional productions, or identifiable filming of minors.

Attendance alone does not constitute unrestricted consent to every commercial or promotional use of a participant's likeness.

15. Giveaways and Prizes

The Organizer may offer approved promotional prize opportunities, contests, or giveaways during the Event.

Each promotion will be subject to its separately published Official Rules, including any applicable eligibility requirements, participation methods, winner-selection procedures, and prize restrictions.

Purchasing a rally ticket does not independently guarantee a prize or a chance of winning.

No advertised prize promotion will be conducted in a manner that violates applicable Texas law.

16. Liability, Safety, and Legal Rights

Event participation may involve ordinary risks associated with recreational activities, crowds, outdoor conditions, equipment, and travel.

Certain optional activities may require a separate Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver before participation.

These Terms & Conditions do not themselves release the Organizer, the resort, the hosts, or other parties from negligence claims.

Nothing in these terms is intended to eliminate rights, protections, or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

Registration information will be collected and used for legitimate Event operations, including ticket administration, attendee communication, activity planning, and coordination of campsite reservations.

Information reasonably necessary for campsite booking may be shared with Camp Margaritaville.

The Organizer's separate Privacy Policy explains applicable collection, use, disclosure, retention, and privacy-request practices.

18. Changes to These Terms

The Organizer may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or additional event information.

The effective date of the applicable terms will be displayed on this page.

Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated as appropriate and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Changes made after purchase will not automatically eliminate rights that attendees already possess under applicable law or the terms governing their purchase.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Texas law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these terms prevents attendees from exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.

By completing Event registration, the purchaser acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the Terms & Conditions and applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, subject to all rights provided by applicable law.
