1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rigs in Paradise, we understand that plans can change! We want attendees to feel confident when registering while allowing our organizers to make the necessary commitments to create an unforgettable rally.

Rigs in Paradise LLC offers a 100% refund for rally tickets canceled on or before January 3, 2027, which is 45 days before the event begins.

Beginning January 4, 2027, rally tickets become nonrefundable for attendee-initiated cancellations, except where otherwise required by law.

This deadline allows us to finalize catering, merchandise, entertainment, activities, and other event commitments.

2. Refund Deadline

Full Refund Deadline: January 3, 2027, at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time.

• On or before January 3, 2027: Eligible ticket cancellations receive a 100% refund.
• Beginning January 4, 2027: Rally tickets are nonrefundable for attendee-initiated cancellations.

Eligible refunds include the full amount paid for rally tickets, including applicable checkout, ticketing, and payment processing fees charged to the purchaser as part of the transaction.

There are no administrative or cancellation fees for eligible refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, registration or order number, email address used during checkout, and the ticket or tickets you wish to cancel.

Refund eligibility is based on when your cancellation request is received by Rigs in Paradise LLC, not when the refund is processed.

Approved refunds will be issued through Stripe to the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, or your card issuer.

If the original payment method cannot accept a refund, Rigs in Paradise LLC will coordinate an appropriate alternative refund method.

4. RV Campsite Reservations

Rally tickets and RV campsite reservations are separate purchases.

Camp Margaritaville RV Resort independently manages all RV campsite reservations, payments, modifications, and cancellations.

Canceling your rally tickets does not automatically cancel your campsite reservation.

If your plans change, you are responsible for contacting Camp Margaritaville to cancel or modify your campsite reservation.

Campground reservation refunds, deposits, and cancellation fees are governed by the resort's separate policies.

The special $65 nightly RV site rate, including eligible extended stays of up to seven nights before and after the rally, is separate from rally admission.

Rigs in Paradise LLC does not process or guarantee refunds of campground reservations paid directly to Camp Margaritaville.

5. Ticket Transfers

All Rigs in Paradise 2027 rally tickets are nontransferable.

Tickets may not be sold, reassigned, or transferred to another individual.

If you are unable to attend, you must request cancellation within the applicable refund period to qualify for a refund.

Tickets remaining unused after the refund deadline are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except where otherwise required by law.

6. Partial Cancellations

If multiple attendees are registered under one order, individual paid tickets may be canceled during the eligible refund period without canceling the entire registration.

For example, if one family member can no longer attend, the purchaser may request a refund for that person's ticket on or before January 3, 2027.

After the refund deadline, canceled paid tickets are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Any changes to the number of attendees, including children registered at no charge, should be communicated to Rigs in Paradise LLC so attendance records, catering counts, and event arrangements can be updated.

7. No-Shows, Late Arrivals & Early Departures

Attendees who do not attend the event, arrive late, depart early, or voluntarily miss scheduled activities are not eligible for partial or full refunds after the cancellation deadline solely because they did not use all or part of their admission.

This includes missed meals, entertainment, workshops, games, community gatherings, or other included activities.

This provision does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

8. Weather & Activity Changes

Rigs in Paradise takes place along the Texas Gulf Coast, where weather and other conditions may affect planned outdoor activities.

For safety or operational reasons, individual activities may be modified, relocated, rescheduled, substituted, or canceled.

Reasonable changes to individual activities do not automatically qualify attendees for a refund.

If significant advertised event benefits cannot be provided, Rigs in Paradise LLC will evaluate appropriate remedies in accordance with its Event Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

9. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Rigs in Paradise LLC

If Rigs in Paradise LLC postpones or reschedules the event, registered attendees will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.

Attendees will have the option to:

• Keep their existing registration for the rescheduled event at no additional rally ticket charge; or
• Request a full refund of their rally ticket purchase, including applicable checkout and processing fees.

If Rigs in Paradise LLC cancels the entire event without offering a rescheduled replacement, attendees will receive a full refund of their rally ticket purchase, including applicable checkout and processing fees.

The standard January 3 cancellation deadline does not apply to refunds resulting from an organizer-initiated cancellation or postponement.

Refunds issued by Rigs in Paradise LLC do not automatically cover separately purchased campground reservations, transportation, fuel, lodging, or other third-party expenses.

Attendees are responsible for coordinating any campsite changes or cancellations with Camp Margaritaville.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

10. Payment Processing & Refund Security

Rigs in Paradise LLC uses Stripe to process online rally ticket payments and eligible refunds.

For security purposes, refund requests must be submitted through the official event contact email.

Rigs in Paradise LLC will never request your full credit card number, card security code, or banking password to process a standard refund.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Rigs in Paradise LLC reserves the right to verify purchase and registration details before processing a refund.

12. Agreement & Applicable Terms

This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of the registration agreement for Rigs in Paradise 2027.

By purchasing rally tickets, the purchaser acknowledges acceptance of this policy and the applicable Event Terms & Conditions through the registration checkout process.

This policy governs rally admission purchased through Rigs in Paradise LLC and does not replace Camp Margaritaville's separate campground reservation policies.

Nothing in this policy limits legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
